After ordering on the self-service screen I went to pay at the register, but there was no one there for about 5 minutes. After I paid I waited for 30 minutes. They only gave me my order after I asked what happened to it. There were many people in the same position as me. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing.

I don’t think they know what FAST food means. Upon ordering from the automated machine, no movement at all in the kitchen. I waited another 5-7 mins before anyone actually started to work on my order and at least put my fries in the fryer. This was early AM on a Thursday morning, May 15. So the place is empty with only 3 of us customers. There are 3 of them at the back. I’m standing here and waiting for my food for a while now. I do not see a sense of urgency by the staff to finish the orders quickly. Just a bunch of people standing around (except for the lady doing the drive thru). Not recommended if you actually want your food to come FAST, as fast food should be.

Sadly, this McDonald's not what it used to be. Firstly, prices have gone up - 25bgn for a small menu and 28bgn for a big one... for Fast food...seems a lot to me. But at least you expect the service to be better, when the place is practically empty....wrong... service is worse than ever. I ordered from the self-ordering machine, and went to the register to pay but no staff there. I waited and waited... funny, there was a blond girl ( from the staff) sitting at a table and playing on her phone, who didn't care at all that I'm waiting to pay, because obviously it's not her job. Of course, I understant that perhaps she can't operate the register, but at least she can go tell somebody to come and help or sth similar, but NO, she didn't care at all and just played on her phone. After a few minutes, a staff member came, took my money (cash), gave me the receipt and immediately went to make my order - she took the small box for the fries and put her hand inside in order to open it...with the same dirty hand that she took the money with...unhygenic and disgusting. So, in conclusion - higer prices, smaller portions, one staff member is getting paid to play on her phone, while the other does everything and clearly doesn't care about protocol and hygiene.

I waited in line for my food for about 30 minutes even though there weren’t that many people at the Mcdonalds. When i finally decided to ask them about how much longer I had to wait for a simple Burger menu and a sauce, it turned out that they forgot about my order in general. As if that wasn’t enough afterwards I received the wrong order. I went up to the counter and asked to remake my cola into the juice i had previously ordered and to give me a BBQ sauce as they had forgotten it. The employee gave me the juice but apparently he thought i didnt order a BBQ sauce even though it was on the receipt. I then had to pay for another one which was absolutely atrocious. Super unprofessional and unacceptable.

Stuck in a drive thru with no way out. Maybe the staff decided to quit mid shift. One hour of my life I'll never get back. Grass grows quicker. Paint dries faster. I can feel myself ageing in the queue.
