This is not fast food - it’s slow. Unfortunately in the middle of the day the parking was full of cars and there was queue because the stuff was not so fast as it said in McDonald’s commercial. The rest was fine, clean tables and chairs. WC is on the side of the Shell petrol station. McDonald’s is on the halfway from Sofia/Plovdiv to seashore and in the middle of the day it’s really crowded. I wish the stuff could provide faster service. Meal costed me 34,70 lev (17,74 €) it consisted of McNuggets 20 pcs (4 souses included), 0,4 CocaCola and coffee with milk (coffee was bad, by the way).

One of the worse McDonald’s restaurants that I’ve been to. The service was unfriendly, they made multiple mistakes with the orders. We’ve noticed that they were treating pretty much all the customers equally bad. The food tasted bad even for McDonald’s. Also the price was exceptionally high… 35 euro for two menus is higher than NYC prices…

Once again I'm disappointed by McDonald's Bulgaria. Pictured are the "large fries" and my burger that half of it was outside of the bun. We ordered inside and for some reason they told us to pick up the food from the drive trough...nobody was there, after 5 min we went back inside and had to beg to get out food from the counter. The worst is that one big tasty meal cost 15 euro.... Happy sells a better burger much cheaper. Avoid at all cost!!!

Average McDonald's food, no remarks. However, sunshades were closed on a hot summer day at outside terrace making it impossible to have dinner outside . Manager stated that it could brake due to strong wind. Fair enough, unless you have a dog and are not allowed to get inside.

Smells like sewer from time to time. Highly overpriced, explooiting the lack of adequate establishments on the highway.
