"I went to this McDonald's store on November 20, 2025. My Coke order was given incorrectly twice. The first time they didn't have regular Coke and asked for a change. The second time they gave me cherry flavored Coke. We were thirsty in the heat and even a small drink shouldn't have been this difficult. I expect a little more attention on this matter.🇧🇪

It’s one of the oddest McDonald’s locations I’ve ever seen. The staff range from friendly to somewhat annoyed that you’re there. The food is always hot and fresh though! We stop in on our way to Sofia for a nice break. It can get crazy busy on holidays and the weekends so be prepared! Parking got better when the business next door closed!

We didn’t wait much as there were no one else waiting. The food was great, the fries especially were well cooked. The prices though are roughly the same as in Western Europe.

I would not recommend going here to clean people and people who care about their hygiene and health! The women's toilets are so disgusting that my wife preferred to wait for the next pump because the one right next to it is also not a win, the man wiped everything with one cloth, including the tables and all the trays and the floor, he completely got it to such a state that I almost threw up all over them! Ugh, disgusting!

Salad looks thats stayed more than hours without cooling, before served. Staff very slow. Toilets only one room can be used(door lock brocken) no soap, no toilet paper, dirty and smells. McDonald's management should take a look to this store.
