Just disgusting. I had to get a surgery. Dr. Pencheva multiple times confirmed it's all covered by the insurance and asked me to clarify with my job if I have national insurance, and she will call me a couple days later to confirm. She didn't, on the surgery day I came to the hospital as agreed to get told that she doesn't work there, nor anyone knows her, the reception refused to call the department and insisted I'm mistaking. I had to call to the other center of this hospital, they took 15 minutes to give me a call back to tell me to do the exact thing I just did. After this, they agreed to reach her and took 15 more minutes to tell the Dr. Pencheva, who had my number all this time and never follow her own promises, told them to pass the message so I can finally come to the floor and wait there. The floor staff said she is not there and I should again go chase her somewhere. Ridiculous. After she finally appeared she told me that they'll send me for blood tests that I never knew were needed, and told me to wait for the documents, so I could come tomorrow for the results and to reschedule the surgery. After she came back and gave me another story that the surgery is tomorrow and I need to come to the cabinet, and if any problems appear to call her. Again, I clarified with her if I'll need to come to the reception, and she confirmed that there's no need, just to wait on the spot. I came and waited for 20 minutes while her colleagues passed by, went out to call and ask what is the issue just for the doctor to actually be upset with me as I didn't call her right away and now she has to reschedule, as instead she asked her colleague and they told me I'm not on the spot, apparently it's a normal practise for her and doctors there that they don't follow their own schedules and plans, the doctor expects you to chase her instead. In the end, the doctor was 'so kind' to call her chief who is responsible for her to do the surgery and it turns out that not everything is covered by insurance, Dr Pencheva failed to even apologize for giving false information, instead she pulled out a face of disgust and attitude to roll her lips and deny that she mislead and misinformed me, instead they both with her chief continued repeating the same story about how procedure is done over and over again and blamed ME for wasting their time as they work on a schedule. Dr. Pencheva multiple times tried to manipulate her own words, then, as it was anyhow relevant, she brought up how much the costs are without the insurance, and they switched the blame on laboratory, the face of Dr. Pencheva melted even further when she brought the fact that the laboratory has a fixed price list and I straight asked if then she knowingly mislead me or just couldn't bother thinking what is she saying before. Finally, she left, throwing a back-handed apology with her sarcastic tone like it was me wasting 2 days of someone's time. The chief wasn't much better, as they still were unaware I'm fully able to understand Bulgarian, they were bragging with another doctor how people complain and another man called for the results from the laboratory, to which the chief replied 'He's free to go and ask his mom about that'. In the end, when the procedure was finally done, this chief said 'Well, we got the things done, misleading and misinforming people or not'. At this point, that's just a bunch of clowns in white coats, who can't organise their own show, and the fact that they are there to treat people is just atrocious. Dr Pencheva seemed so overly nice and caring on the regular check-ups, too bad she is only able to deliver one story without anything else to say and can't even handle her own responsibility for the disgusting behavior and issues she caused, nor even keep a normal face on and control her attitude. If you're going there, prepare for the fact that you will feel like dealing with a toddler, whose parents never managed to raise anyone properly, instead just saved for a random med school to dump them at in hopes at least something good will come off of it.

This is corrupted hospital with corrupted management. They deleted security camera videos proving wrongdoing of their medical staff. Stay away from this unethical institution for your safety

They get the job done but are extremely rude if you don't speak Bulgarian. The doctors pretended not to understand me (yes, pretended, they understood when they wanted to), told me that place wasn't for me since I didn't speak Bulgarian, made multiple remarks that I should not be there and told me to never come back. I had bronchitis and this was the closest hospital to my place. Horrible experience and horrible people. Don't go into medicine if that's the level of empathy you're capable of.

Leaving a review for the hospice on the 3rd floor because I couldn't find it's page. The doctors are super and the hospice takes care of the medical needs of the patients but most of the staff doesn't seem to care for their mental health and well being. We couldn't let my father stay there more than 2 nights as he was not getting any sleep, literally. There is almost constant shouting in the corridors between the staff or loud casual talk, nobody cares if the patient is sleeping, entering the room talking loudly and turning all the lights on if they were off for some weird reason, like the patient trying to sleep. Rude behavior from some of the staff when they are asked just to do their job, which is taking care of the patient when they are being called with the button next to the bed. Unless you request a single room, your relative will be put in a room with 2-3 others like him or in worse condition and heavily sedated. Which brings me to the last point, they might sedate the patient without them or their relatives asking for it if they deem so. And they will not let you know. I am not giving 1 star as the doctors are actually really good and mostly caring, as are some of the staff. But if you are looking for real terminal care, choose this hospice only if the patient is not in a bad mental state, as his stay there will worsen it or a situation of life or death
