This is my first place to go for any facial and hair care products. Great collection of brands I already love and a lots of things yet to try. My latest discovery: Bulgarian brand "Zoya goes pretty" and French "Argiletz" - highly recommend. Overall, this is a good store with a wide selection of bio and organic cosmetics Burgas needed for a long time. And yes, the staff is v helpful, caring, and great. Thank you for your work.

Very helpful and friendly staff, variety of choices. Bought one aroma lamp and the woman gave us free essential oil. Eco and vegan friendly products, definitely recommend!

I've gone there for the first time a few days back. It was a horrible mistake. I've asked if I can smell one scrub and the lady working there nodded. So, I took that as a yes. Then I've tried to smell other one but I wasn't able to open it. Of course I asked for help and she started yelling that I'm not supposed to open and started throwing the boxes to one another checking if I opened them all. It was ugly. Maybe the products are good but I didn't got the chance to buy one. I'll never go back there.
