I was introduced to Georgy at this firm through a trusted agent Andrey who had been highly recommended to me and he recommended Georgy to me, I had an issue that meant a property I owned was now not under my control and I needed to get it back to be able to sell it. Georgy was so helpful I flew to Burgas to meet him and he explained my situation and the steps to resolve it and within just over a week I was back in control of my property and it is now up for sale. I was so impressed with the care taken to explain my situation and how efficiently Georgy worked to resolve the issue. I would highly recommended to anyone wanting to use a lawyer in this area. I found this law firm online because I needed a Lawyer in Bulgaria for my mother as both her parents died and there was heritage left. Even tho my mother is Bulgarian I myself was born in Greece so when I was looking for a Lawyer in Bulgaria I had to make sure he/she understands english perfectly. I called the firm at 26/4/2021, I started speaking english and the person that answered was able to understand and speak back to me. He then told me that Klichanov is busy and I should call later which I did and started speaking with Klichanov. I told him about the issues I have and he started explaining in detail which I really enjoyed. After our conversation was over, I sent him an email with all information he requested and he NEVER got back to me. I then started writing to him occasionaly in Whatsapp, he was reading my messages (according to WhatsApp) but he didn't reply until i said something along the lines "Mr Klichanov, im assuming at this point we cannot cooperate, should I look into a new lawyer?", this was sent at 8 june 2021, so about ~40 days later of our intial conversation and only then he replied out of the blue with a voice call. He said he was sorry and that he had some issues in WhatsApp application and wasn't able to see receive messages from his clients. I accepted his apology and he asked me to re-sent him the Email that he requested from me at 26/4/2021. I sent the Email again and then he NEVER replied to the email and never started his work for me. At 25 june 2021 i asked him to call me on my phone, he read the message and never called. I now have found a new Lawyer that actually doesn't ignore his clients like this. Even tho i was very excited in the beginning as we had an amazing conversation and everything went butter smooth, the way I was handled after the initial conversation and ignored so much was disgusting and unprofessional. So for this reason, i'm reviewing this Law Firm at 1 star. Very unprofessional.

Когато закупувате имот винаги се съветвайте с адвокат, който има голям опит точно в сделки с имоти, дори и да работите с брокер, който има дългогодишен стаж! Има брокери, които мислят, че знаят всичко и не се обръщат към адвокат, дори и когато не са имали подобен казус. А съм попадал и на "семеен доверен адвокат" на продавачите, който не даваше правилните отговори. Препоръчвам адвокат Кличанов за сделки с имоти!
