It's a pleasure to see how careful you're with kids 😌 It was my best visit to Sinevo. So I want to forget all other times when I had issues here with other ppl. Sinevo management is the really great. Thank you for your hard job.

Виж в GoogleInadequate and incompetent personelle. They don‘t know what they sell and on top of that the packages are super expensive. My partner paid for a woman package and they made her a men‘s one and they didnt even know what was the difference. The refuse to fix the error and on started to argue that it is all our mistake. The customer service on the phone was completely inadequate and mean. Even if they propose me free tests for entire year my foot is not stepping there ever and I will do my best so that all my family, friends and contacts avoid these labs as well.
Виж в GoogleThey made me a wrong blood analysis, blamed me in incompetence of choosing a package, then tried to lie that this package is still the same as I initially needed, even though it obviously is not. It missed some key parameters. Then they proposed to make a test again (for my money) After arguing that, they agreed to make a new free test for me, but honestly... not going there again even for free.
