Location is painfully understaffed (observed over multiple visits)! Otherwise it is what you would expect from the brand

This place is utterly gruesome and should not have such a good rating. The service was terrible and the apparent manager was extremely rude. I would recommend going to another location!!!

Came here yesterday to cancel a product I oredered and paid for online but they have received it in this location. The young lady at the register told me she can not cancel the order there at the store since she does not have 600lv cash to return the money for the order. She said I should call the customer service number. Didn't even check the register if she had the money or not. I asked her couple of times if she can return the money on the card, she kept saying to call the number. Another day in Bulgarian customer service even tho the company is actually European 🤷

Terrible customer service from the young man who seems to run the shop. Rude would be a diplomatic way to put it. The collection point is absolutely disgusting, stinking of garbage covered in pigeon droppings- think a back street in a Manila slum. It’s a shame for an international brand really. The bosses in head office in Denmark would be apoplectic to experience this location.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I requested a second piece to be brought from the back because I wanted to purchase two and there was only one available in the saloon. The lady checked and said there is a second one in the back and went to get it for me. After a while she just walked past me and said to wait. I waited for over 20 minutes and desired to ask another employee for an update. The second employee was extremely rude and said the first one had gone on her lunch break and had passed the task of getting the piece from the back to another colleague who was occupied. After 10 more minutes of waiting I decided to ask the rude employee if maybe she can get it for me since she was just walking around looking at her phone. She said "No, I can't get it, wait for the other colleague" and dismissed me by walking away. The other colleague never showed up and after 10 more minutes (over 40 minutes of waiting and rude behaviour at this point!) I unwillingly had to once again beg the rude unatentiv employee for an update, to which she snapped and yelled at me "What do you want me to do, get a magic wand and make it appear for you?!". This were here exact words, I was absolutely shocked, I've never been treated so badly by a stranger, let alone a sales assistant. She anglily walked inside the storage room and after a few more minutes the mystery employee showed up and offered me the piece available in the saloon... so he didn't even know what I was waiting for (a second piece). When I explained again that I want to purchase 2, he said he had looked all throughout the storage room and there was no second one available... although the first employee who just went on her lunch break mid assisting me checked and said it was available... I have no words, absolutely unacceptable, all three employees should be terminated or sanctioned in some way.
