Furniture store, goods are not so good in quality, though. Free parking, card payments.
Виж в GoogleThe staff(Vesela) is rude, not very helpful and gives an attitude. The manager really has to put emphasis on better customer service! They also don't work with an assembling company and don't offer services like this. Absolutely unacceptable. After ordering a sofa, tv stand, table with 4 chairs and another table, I was told they can't promise delivering everything at the same time(I have to wait 2-3 weeks for the sofa), so I have to take some of the items myself. You pay for the delivery ofc. The only positive thing about the place from a customer point of view was the girl working at the reception(Dani), who prolly was the only nice and proffesional working member fom the staff.
Виж в GoogleTotal disapontment We received the brochure with upcoming promotions, so we wanted to purchase some chairs on sale. We went to the first Jysk store but they told us the promotion is applicable in the other store. So we found the second one on google maps and went there just to find there were a third store, not located on the map. We asked again for the adress and the staff was not able to provide it. Naturally we asked them to point the direction on the map and went to the appropriate destination. We enter the crowded store and go straight to the cash desk. Required to provide the stock number of the unit, me and my girlfriend asked the staff to give us the numbers of both chairs we selected. Of course only to find out they don't have them in stock. We selected a different model and we are once again at the queue at the cash desk. And again we are disappointed by the fact that they don't have them in stock. The hole store appears to be a scheme. This should be very well indicated as a PRE ORDER and not an actual SALE promotion. Half a day wasted just to go home empty handed. NOT recommended
