Compacted size and easy access from city center of plovdiv

I went to them last week and the workers were very rude and they have such a bad customer service with customers. I received my home delivery and it was missing 3 legs for my desk and the driver told me he was going to bring it and he did not also they don’t answer the phone i called about 7 times. Such a bad service i do not recommend it at all.

Convenient for picking up online orders

Basically useless. I’m searching for a product that’s only available in the store in Sofia, and logically, you’d think that because this is an ordering center, there’s a chance to find assistance with actually ordering products. The answer is no. If it’s only available on the website, then they can order it for you. Why, IKEA!? If it’s available on your website, I can order it myself without going all the way to the physical store. People there can’t provide valuable information like expected deliveries, quantity, etc. They are neither very polite nor helpful, and it feels like they just want to end the conversation as quickly as possible (there was only one exception when the person provided actual client support). I think it would be very beneficial if these centers had a meaningful purpose. The only good thing is IF your desired product is available online, you can have free delivery to that store. Disappointing…
