Suzan just gets - she knows exactly what I want the moment I walk in. The House of Balayage feels like a five-star retreat — warm hospitality, serene ambiance, and at the end my color is always so perfect that it belongs on the red carpet. ❤️

Suzan really understood what I wanted and gave me advice about my color, what will look nice on me, how to keep my hair healthy, etc. I love my hair since they took care of it. I go there for a year and a half already. Susanne (Sussie) and the whole team are absolute professionals who really know their craft. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a calm, zen-like aesthetic atmosphere. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable — offering coffee, water, or even a glass of wine to make your visit extra relaxing. The spa treatments are done with care, including proper massages and perfectly adjusted chairs — trust me, you won’t want to leave that chair! Most importantly, they really know hair. Whether you have thick, thin, curly, straight, oily, or dry hair, they know exactly how to work with it. Their approach to color is so thoughtful — they consider your undertones and hair type to make sure you walk out with the best possible results. I couldn’t recommend House of Balayage enough!
