Horizont Club в Варна

This is in regards to the hotel. I came with my young family for two nights. We have stayed there before over the last few years as well. It is in a great spot, no doubt about that. Even more so as we can visit family nearby. This time around we booked the room with the jacuzzi tub. We just finished a long drive and we're looking to soak and relax, especially with the cold winter weather outside. When we got there the bathroom floor was still wet and dirty. We filled and ran the jacuzzi, and the water was disgusting. So we emptied it and filled it again, running it for longer while hoping the system would clean out. We did this three times and everytime it just got worse. In the end we left it and never used the tub. It is very obviously not cleaned regularly, which is not difficult to do. It is also clear you are absolutely bathing in other people's hair, dirt and grime. Who knows what else is in there too. Very disappointing. At the end of our short stay we brought it up to the front desk who said they would later bring it up to the manager. We felt the managers response was dismissive and rude. While the hotel is pretty good overall. Save yourself the extra money and forget the jacuzzi. Go for a swim in the Black Sea nearby, it may be cleaner anyway.

The place is really nice... the interior of the restaurant is pretty modern and cool .. outside there is also nice garden with a sea view ... food choice is fantastic and the food is really tasty !! Prices are normal in my view for the high standard you get ... service is also very good ... I definitely recommend the place for visit ...

Service has been usually good here. Sometimes you have to be a bit more outgoing so you get faster service. Food and drinks are nothing special. We come here for the ambiance and the view. Love the Asian design. If my order is delayed I just enjoy the great views and designs. There's also a nice and special playground that's a bit hidden on the side among the trees.

It's a very nice bar in a great location. However if you make me pay 6.5 BGN a cappuccino, I expect perfection, not just coffe with milk.

The service is terribly slow, and you are made to feel like it is a privilege to be served! Furthermore, the waitresses refuse to order gluten-free pizza, contrary to what is written on the menu. Why? No idea, except that they are too lazy to walk 20 meters further to the oven at the Marché restaurant, in the same complex. No wine by the glass either, it's a bottle or nothing. The only advantage of the place is the setting and the view. In 2 years, I have never been properly served in this pretentious place
