The person behind the counter was really rude and impolite. First of all there was some type of problem with the orders and we waited 20 minutes just to have our orders taken and no there was no queue. While waiting I sighed because of the slow service. When i sighed i was met with a rude replica and he told me “Why don’t you try working here now that you sighed i wont provide you service”. For me this is completely unacceptable behaviour towards customers and i would like for this to be taken into consideration. Thank you.

The staff is efficient despite the limited space, ensuring a satisfactory dining experience. With a bit more room for order placement, Hesburger could easily enhance the overall customer experience. A worthy spot for a quick and tasty bite with an excellent balcony view. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hesburger is always a good choice. Nice to see this brand in the very centre of Plovdiv. Friendly English speaking customer service and good food with good prices. Also nice big bathroom for customers.Can really recommend over other burger chains.

Very bad atmosphere. I went to the second floor and i was overflown with bad attitude from the teenagers that where just occupying space there consuming nothing. So we where forced to go out.
