Warning: Disastrous Experience with the Moving Company Hamali! I want to warn anyone considering using Hamali.BG for a move. My experience with this company was an absolute disaster. Poor organization and inadequate equipment A 19-ton truck was initially planned, but in the end, I got two trucks of only 20 m² each, making the transport much more complicated. Unannounced subcontracting Once my belongings were loaded, Hamali subcontracted the transport without informing me. As a result, my belongings had to be unloaded and then reloaded into another truck, increasing the risk of damage and loss. Exorbitant price for poor service I paid €3,300 for a service far below my expectations. Threats and financial blackmail Upon arrival at the destination, Hamali demanded an extra €350, threatening not to unload my belongings and to send them to a storage facility in Nice. If you're looking for a reliable moving company, look elsewhere and choose a more serious and professional service. You are doing shit and you also want to be right. we used moving.bg for an international move (Netherlands to Bulgaria) of a full household of 60m3. Clear information, friendly customer service, quick responses to email and telephone, good and friendly driver. everything was arranged down to the last detail and all agreements were met. our belongings arrived safely at their destination. I would definitely recommend this company!
