I am very happy with the services provided by the clinique and their profesionalism. The receptionists and doctors here have my outmost respect.

I booked an appointment with Dr Petya Ivanova through superdoc, where she had excellent reviews, so I didn’t check the clinic. When I checked Google before the appointment I was a little concerned of the low Google clinic reviews, but I am happy to report that superdoc was right about Dr Ivanova and Google was wrong about the clinic. I am very satisfied with the work of Dr Ivanova, and the girls at reception were very polite and patient. I believe the low reviews might be outdated and unfair to the good work that is currently being done.

So after explaining very clearly that I required a driving license medicinsko I made an appointment for 8 am on a Friday (there can be no mistake here, I confirmed in English and Bulgarian) It turns out they start at 8.30... So not the worst thing I suppose, so onward. At the desk they tell me that they can only provide renewal of said medicinsko! I can only recommend this place if you like your medical services in the same style as going to a small town Chinese restaurant. You don't what you'll get, when you'll get it or if it corresponds to what you ordered!

Terrible service and attitude at the reception. They forgot to give me the declaration to take the blood, they did not have my phone number for the blood test results. I got the blood test results of another Viktoria. They supposed to call me back and they never did. The rude woman with black hair at the reception can keep looking at her phone and do an awful job. I will ask the company to change this useless health support straight away. This was a circus, run away if you can! Pity to ruin the image of the place as the doctors are very polite and helpful ( the blonde woman in the blood laboratory was super nice as well as the gynaecologist and the rest)

Incompetent lab, poor customer service. I am 36 years old and I had a fair share of blood work done over the years. There has never been an occasion when the nurse would not be able to do that. Yes, in some cases it could be more challenging but it still happened. Well, not in this medical centre. After 3 attempts and three different vein punctures, I was told that my veins are bad, maybe it’s my blood pressure, maybe it dehydration, maybe it’s just a bad day.... For the record I drank several glasses of water that morning as I know it’s important. So after literally blaming me, ignoring how unpleasant the experience is, and without any apology they told me I should try again another day. As simple as that. Never again.
