Excellent service. Went for my car inspection. Service was fast and professional. The location is very convenient - easy to get to from downtown Sofia. Nice outside area with benches where you could wait while the car is being inspected. Will use again next year.

Great attitude, you can wait indoors, with a free drink (coffee, hot chocolate, tea, water), which was very helpful for me since I was in a hurry and a bit hungry! Went there first time, but will go there next time without hesitation. I had small issue with Google's directions, so make sure you are concentrated when you are nearby (not like me).

Please avoid them, the worst service I have ever experienced. My sunglasses got stolen there they were quite expensive. The cameras review how I place them under the arm rest of my car a day later to discover that they are not there. My car stays inside a private garage, I went straight home after the car inspection, without putting my glasses back on, so the joke is on me for not checking immediately.. When coming to talk with the stuff, one of the crew stated: “I also had such glasses” - mentioning the brand name without me telling him what type of glasses I had stolen.. During the check up I was looking around the car to see what they are doing and they told me that I should not be staying there, that I should “mind my business”. They did what they did because my car number is from a different city location, so most probably they thought I am not residing in Sofia.

A bit expensive 90lv. but otherwise ok

Very professional, friendly and swift workers. Barely waited, got my document in around 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service.
