Our poodle was charged 90 leva for haircut plus additional 60 leva (!!) for “complexity in untangling his hair” - total paid 150 leva! Dog weighs 10 kg FYI. After all - that’s what dog groomers do for a living? Also it took 4 and a half hours to get the dog back.

I arrived a bit earlier to pick up my dog, and I was literally kicked out of the store with a simple rude “you can’t wait in here”. They told me prices above what they have on the website. Nice try, but some foreigners can read bulgarian!
Виж в GoogleGreat service! Our rescue poodle went in looking very scruffy and came out a princess! The staf was very friendly and professional They had to cope with a dog not used to grooming and very difficult to manage! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and would happily return!
Виж в GoogleDO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Rude, miserable and money-grabbing owner. I paid 75 BGN for a x breed rescue dog that is 30cms tall and less than 8kg. There is no price of 75bgn on their website, so as others have said, they think foreigners can't read Bulgarian and cheat them. We were only trying this place as it seemed like a new business and wanted to support them...Never again! It seems you need to have bought a Yorkshire Terrier from a Latvian puppy farm to get a normal service here, as proudly noted on the website. Also, the older reviews are not genuine - have a look. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! Nasty way to 'do' business Mrs Putin.
