Great service. Gave them my projector ACER 1500. They told me it will took time to check and fix it. In the end - only 3 weeks and my projector alive again. Thank you guys! 100% recommend this service. Happy that I come here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I only gave them my electric scooter because they've promised to repair it in a few days but it took 25 before they've started working on it. This is of course written in the fine print but nevertheless I've specifically asked how much time it would take and decided to go with them because of that verbal promise. After those 25 days a technician called me and explained (in a rude manner) there's another issue and I'll need to change the entire engine. We've agreed for them to close my engine until I decide on how to proceed. 10 days later I went to the shop and they couldn't give me the engine back because apparently they kept it somewhere else. At that point the people in the store called the technician and gave me to talk to him only so that he could explain (again in a rude and disrespectful manner) to me how I'm wrong in my expectations of receiving my engine from the same place I left it and that it is obviously my fault for not knowing they are actually doing the repairs on another address. They didn't offer any form if compensation for wasting my time and had me go there again to collect the item they couldn't repair. At the moment I even wonder if it was indeed broken when I left it with them or the technician was trying to make some extra money by selling me a new engine. Anyway, one of the worst customer experience I've ever had. Do not recommend!

Good: They did the job relatively fast. They offer 1 month warranty. Bad: The product was not fully assembled correctly (had to finish it). The single use pads were reused, crunched and re-glued (they should have used replacement pads). This was not communicated to me.

This business provides a very bad experience for foreigners looking to repair their electric scooters. They told me that they would call back within 1 month. They did not call me out of their own accord. Multiple calls later, they would continue stalling the repair until eventually they told me that the scooter could not be repaired and I should come pick it up. No reason was being provided to why so I told them that I'd want to know what's wrong. Their answer: we can't fix the motor. A waste of money and time.

Great service, very efficient team and ready to help straight away. Unfortunately because of the lack of parts some o the services takes time, which can cause problems if you do not have much time to spare for maintenance of your camera. However I strongly recommend the service for everyone who lives in Sofia! Thank you guys!
