One of the best gyms in Varna, has modern Precore, Bootybuilder equipment, good cardio zone, a free zone for stretching, wide variety of equipment, big dumbbells, eleiko professional barbells and much more. Also a nice spa zone for relaxation and what else could I say. Great staff and great overall community

This is the worst gym I have ever been to! Never have seen such an inadequate and rude attitude from any gym staff. If you are looking for a gym in Varna save yourself the trouble and the money, and go somewhere where you will be treated professionally and you will feel welcomed. On 31st I went to ask for details on how I can use the gym during my 2 weeks holiday in Bulgaria. The receptionist just gave me the price list and did not provide any details at all. I have asked if anyone will show us around, and give us some info in regards to gym policies etc. All I was shown was how to unlock the door to the ladies changing room. If you want anything else you have to pay for personal trainer. I went to the gym on the next day and it was absolutely overcrowded. Seems that there are no limits on how many people can visit at the same time. First thing I saw was that the equipment was a mixture of brands, some a bit too old to be used. Second thing was the little signs that you have to use a towel to cover the equipment. Usually, gyms have sanitasing stations everywhere so people can clean the equipment before and after use; towels are a personal choice. Fair enough, we will use the towels. Today I went for my second visit but as soon as I walked in I was asked to walk out because I was wearing my gym trainers already. I understand the point and I have no issue with it; my main issue is that none of this is explained to the new customers and I have chalkenged that. Next thing you know is that another person from the team jumps out, starts arguing with you about it, and threatens you it will get worse. Its never the Bulgarians fault! I was told those rules apply to any gym. Well, where I come from they do not!!! Please educate your staff there are other countries in the world, and Varna is full of tourists. Please also educate your staff some people have never been to a gym before and will have no clue about your policies either. I did ask why this was not explained to us since we are new customers? Why this is so difficult? The guy said they are too busy to explain it to everyone because they have 500 customers. I honestly do not believe they register 500 new customers a day, especially after seeing how tiny their gym is. How this is ok? How gyms with thousands of customers can walk you around the gym, and explain all of their policies? How this complies with customer service policies? If you go to the gym's webpage and try to read their policies you will see an error. The prices are higher compared to a high quality gym in most European cities but they are very far from the European standards. I hope the person who spoke to me will see this review. I want him to know that I do not own one pair of trainers that I walk everywhere with. I certainly will not walk around in my gym kit outside, and especially not in trainers on a 40 degrees weather. In terms of the gym hygiene, they should clean it more often and not use customers as an excuse for how dirty this gym actually is. I have explained that I am not happy with how I have been treated, and I am not willing to return for more of this attitude. The answer was that this is my choice and no money will be returned for the remaining 7 visits. It is not about the money, it is about the lack of simple manners and professionalism. Your customers deserve better treatment. All you have had to do was to apologies for not passing the info at the first place.

Nice modern gym. I wish it was bigger and they had more of the same equipment. Also a bigger space for people who stretch and use the mats. Like most gym it gets very busy during rush hour and it is hard to find space to work out. Some of the staff could be more friendly.

Best gym that I have been to in a looong time. Good job guys! Looks great, love the tall ceilings and natural light, things feel well organized and layed out, other gym goers are polite and focused on their workouts.... Just great!

Love it. I go there almost every day. Best gym in Varna in my opinion but what is strange is that the prices are more expensive than in the capital Sofia. This is something I never understood. Ask for Stanislav Todorov if you need someone to train you.
