Absolute joke of a clinic. The emergency even tho with no patients is taking forever. You must be clinically dying to maybe somebody look at you. The toilet looks as if there’s been a diarrhea marathon.

It takes ages for the basic stuff to happen. We waited 4 hours with a 2 year old with a fever for the doctor to tell us that she needed to go into surgery so she won’t be able to see us for 2 more hours…

I cut my hand quite deeply & had to get stitches. The staff were really helpful, the doctors spoke good English & explained what they were going to do & how to take care of it afterwards. Lovely experience, thank you!

Ok, so I had some small wood particle in my eye that was buggung me and it was already past 9 pm. I went there and registered, and was sent to the eye doctor. After a quick exam and extraction I paid 40 lv, because it was not an urgent matter. All was quick, organized, and staff was really nice and professional.

Me and my friend waited for an hour to receive help, and as we weren't nessesary an urgent case they let us sit and wait around for an hour when my chest was very tight and I hadn't had liquids for 2 to 3 hours because I would throw up everything, I felt absolutely miserable yet it wasn't urgent enough. And while I understand there were more urgent patients, we politely asked how long could we expect to wait and if it would be worth waiting and we got met with hostility and the answer "up to you".. No matter how we looked at it there weren't way too many urgent patients but ok.. The nearest 24h pharmacy was too far and I was hoping at the very least to get some form of relief so I can sleep before going to my GP. Thanks a lot.. Not. I would not recommend it to anymore. Horrible receptionist.
