Went there like 4 or 5 times some months ago, I talked to or was served by around 5 people from the staff. Only the doctor in the x-ray room was nice and friendly. The rest of the staff I met were sort of impolite and acting unprofessionally. They were obviously unhappy with their job, or stressed and that results in unfriendly and unpleasant attitude towards patients. One of the doctors took breaks every 15-20 minutes to smoke in her room, that day I waited nearly 2 hours in front of the door. The building is very poorly maintained and cries for repairs and redecorating, hygiene is very poor, there is hardly any order and people argue in the corridor who came before who. Not to mention that the neurologist I went to was wrong about my x-ray reading and gave me dumb pills which didn't help at all and were unnecessary, they are just quick to give a diagnosis, a prescription and move on with the next patient

Incredibly incopetent doctor Ivan Filipov. First of all, the cabinet has strong cigarettes smell!! In a medical clinic! I am insured in Bulgaria, have “blue book”, but he was not able to type the numbers correctly into computer, claiming that I am not insured. I was at him few months ago (but NEVER AGAIN!!!) and then it was all good!! Anyway, I have no time to go back and forth, and I wanted to treat my problem ASAP, so I was OK to pay for the consultation. But nevertheless he refused, saying that I don’t have 3 kids, therefore I must have time. What an awful attitude and disrespect!!! Keep in mind that this “doctor” has plenty of available time for apointments, even for the same day. For good Doctors there are queues!

Reception welcomes patients in utmost rudeness (however still speaking in plural form to look polite somewhat) For Xray examination there is a queue of 22 people, there is no system in place to organize the order in queue priorities and this also causes additional troubles. This is more or less the same like in other institutes/medical centers of the ministry. This should all be reorganised to facilitate all these processes for the sake of citizens who pay tax, insurance and additional payment per session! This is a nightmare Bulgaria should wake up from! Note to the management: Put some soap in toilettes for gods sake, they are not for animals!

One word - A TRAGEDY. Waiting for 3 hours in front of the GP room 111. No order was kept. No queue was kept. Some people there enjoyed privileges - although they were last on the queue. There were people who were diagnosed with COVID-19 and they were just waiting there among all the other people. REALLY? And then - tightening the measures?!? REALLY? It was a mess. I witnessed a MESS.

DO NOT go in the dental emergency service in there. It's the worst thing you can do if you want your teeth to survive. I got so badly treated that finally one of my teeth had to be extracted after their treatment. Worst thing is it's in something like a basement, and doctors there are always different and their attitude is bad.
