Awful! I'd give the service zero stars, but one guy deserved a one-star rating. Yesterday, I bought a set of tyres and asked Diana to fit them. A mechanic damaged the fuel pipeline by misusing the jack. The car wouldn't start because of fuel leaking all over the shop. What on earth have you done, guys? Do you know what they said? They said the fuel pipe was already broken when I arrived. They didn't care about logic; they simply refused to take responsibility outright. What are we going to do now? Apparently, I should call a recovery service and take the car to my mechanic. Not a hint of apology, not an offer to reimbursethe cost caused by their activities. My mechanic said all fixes were broken. This morning I got a flat tyre. However, I won't let Diana take a look to see what the problem is. Their prices are not extortionate, but they are much higher than those of their competitors. But don't bet your ranch you'd drive away in your own car, though. If Diana contacts me regarding the matter, I am ready to settle it and update the review. My invoice number is 4000663015, and the date is 16 February.

If you could allocate minus stars they well deserve it. I have never been met by such a rude member of staff as I did in Diana. This woman should be fired instantly. Go elsewhere like Primex who now how to speak to customers with resepct.

Excellent approach, communicating in English - no problem, quickly arranged, adequate price

Fast, nice price and space to wait and get a drink whilst waiting. Good selection of tyres and other related. English is a bit of a challenge but hey, that is not expected!
