The staff are friendly, attentive, and truly care about their patients’ comfort. The dentists explained every step of the treatment clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the visit. The clinic is modern, very clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I really appreciate the gentle and thorough approach of the team, specially professional and kind attitude of Dr Borislav Dakovsky and his excellent, friendly and knowledgeable assistant nurse Garine Kevorkian. For many years I have had gum problems and need 6-monthly deep cleans of my gums. Because of COVID I was not able to travel and visit my regular dentist. While on holiday in Varna, I walked in to Dakovski's and and asked if they could do a deep clean. 10 minutes later, I am on the chair having my deep clean. Dr. Petrov took great care and did the job thoroughly. The price was exactly as shown on the price list. Quick, efficient, first-class treatment. Very happy. I will come again when I need.

Over the last 18 months I have had a range of treatments which have included a surgical extraction, bridge work, a new crown, root canal work, and two molar dental implants. The Dakovski staff have alway been extremely professional and skillful but just as importantly are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I would add that their english is very good indeed which was an important factor in me using them. I was also reassured by the fact that they have always replied to my emails with a sensible response, and are open and transparent about what the treatment involves and what the costs will be. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending them for their top class service at a price which is very attractive when compared to what is available in the UK.

Lost crown and they replaced it tout de suite. My only complaint technician lady kicked me with chair but killer arms of doctor more than made up for that. Excellent service. Thanks.
