I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Irena Hasara for her professionalism, care, and the outstanding results she achieved with our family. All three of us – my two children and I as an adult patient – went through treatment with her. For my first child, the problem was solved only with a retainer, without the need for braces – the result was excellent. With my second child, we had previously visited several other orthodontists who insisted on extracting healthy canine teeth to “make space.” Dr. Hasara, however, found a much better approach and managed to align the teeth perfectly, without any unnecessary interventions – the smile is absolutely flawless! As for myself, beyond the professional work, what I appreciated most was the calm atmosphere, attention to detail, and genuine human care. She always explains everything clearly, provides different options, and takes an individual approach tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Hasara is extremely precise, with a modern approach and true dedication to her patients. Thanks to her, the smiles in our family are now healthy, aligned, and beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted and dedicated orthodontist!

⚠️ Warning about this practice ⚠️ I had orthodontic treatment here, and it has caused me permanent and severe damage. • They applied excessive force when attempting to move my canines, which has resulted in ~50% vertical bone loss affecting my lower six teeth. • Despite this, they tried to charge me 5,000 leva to “fix” the problem they caused. • They told me my case could be managed without surgery and actively misled me about my clear need for orthognathic (jaw) surgery, just to secure me as a private patient. • Around the 7th month of treatment, the root of my canine protruded through my gum line. Instead of accepting responsibility, they blamed a previous extraction performed elsewhere, which independent evaluations in the UK (Royal Devon & Exeter Orthodontic Department, Smile Together, and another high-volume orthodontic practice) have confirmed is clearly the result of orthodontic malpractice. Other serious failings included: • No full mouth scan before brackets were applied. • A student chipped my teeth during a cleaning. • Bone fragments left in an extraction site. • Power chains fitted just two days after an extraction. • Attempting to use a child’s palate expander on me (a 24-year-old adult). After all this, I was left with exactly the same problems I started with: -5 mm reverse overjet and a full anterior crossbite. I am now under the care of a multidisciplinary maxillofacial team on a treatment plan for orthognathic surgery. They also failed to provide me with my X-rays and medical notes when requested. In my experience, this practice was unprofessional, unsafe, and dishonest. Multiple UK specialists have confirmed the extent of the damage caused. If you value your health, avoid them. I have clinical notes, photographs, and cross-referenced evaluations from orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons to support every statement here — and I am willing to share this evidence with anyone who wants proof.

Dr. Hasara is absolute master in her area of expertise. She is polite, kind, responsive and hard working professional who also has the right approach and attitude towards the patients (regardless of the their age). I have never felt worried or scared during my 2+ years of treatment. Every step had been explained in details: what was going to happen, why it was needed and what my responsiblities for supporting the treatment should be.
