The doctor is ok. I think he's competent but I can't judge that. However what I can say is that prices are 2x and for some services 3x or 4x compared to other private hospitals, where for my situation I got a good care for what I needed without a steep price. He asks for a review at the end of the visit to the patient, which honestly since I was feeling terrible, and the issue was far from solved, felt inappropriate. I also had to do stuff outside his office and pay for them separately too. Analysis that in hospitals are included in the price. So I ended up overpaying without solving the issue, and solve it somewhere else, in a private clinic. Mostly because after asking to some Bulgarian friends, prices seemed too off to continue. Service was more expensive than my home country, which is way more expensive in general than Bulgaria. Probably this doctor is a better choice for someone who's wealthy or needs a personal doctor, and for some reason prefers to go to an ambulatory instead of an hospital.

I reached out politely to schedule an appointment, but the doctor replied very dismissively and without empathy, saying he won’t be available and to look for another physician. I expected more professionalism and courtesy when dealing with patients, especially international ones.

Dr.Andrey Kotsev is a very kind and trustworthy professional, he attended me exactly at the hour I got appointed to, gave me a very detailed diagnosis and to top it off he also speaks very good English!, if you need to consult a gastroenterologist I really recommend him

Dr. Andrey is a true professional. He helped me resolve an issue I had for quite a long time. Can't recommend him enough!

Very Polite and Professional, I am very happy with his attitude and relation between Doctor and Patient at very high level. I do recommend him and feeling safe with his diagnoses.
