Very disappointing experience. The baristas couldn’t even make a basic cappuccino and were loudly chatting instead of focusing on customers. Tables were dirty despite the nice atmosphere. The restroom was completely unhygienic, no soap, no toilet paper, and a broken flush. Poor service and poor hygiene. Not recommended.

The name of cafe implies that you come there to take a cup of coffee. But I am a big tea lover. They offer tea in their menu, so I expect to get a good drink. But I was wrong. They have to learn how to prepare tea. First of all water for tea should be hot and not warm. I went there two times in different days and every time I got warm water That's terrible. Other my concern is regarding the cup size. I got "to go" cup with typical size. The above cashier menu indicates the cup of tea is 400ml. I asked a lady at the cashier about it and she confirmed me that. Once I got my cup "to go" with warm water, I asked a person who gave it to me, is this 400ml size cup? He replied to me irritated "yes". Which I doubt actually. Overall - bad service as well as bad tea. I don't recommend this place.

Nice place to take a break! Great place for a quick lunch and coffee. There is a summer terrace and comfy coaches on the second floor. Toilet are clean but don’t throw away you receipts there is a password to unlock the door. I Recommend costa coffee!

Costa coffee shop, a chain known throughout Europe. The coffee and cakes are excellent. The service is good. Located in Plovdiv's pedestrian street. It was fun and pleasant as usual to drink coffee there.

The food was nice and tasty and the service was nice. The place looks very cozy and classy. I only wish that they could start warming up the pastries as well! Unfortunately, currently they are only allowed to warm up the sandwiches. So if you want a warm pastry, keep that in mind.
