Ivan and his team deserve the 5 star review. Couldn’t have had a smoother apartment sale in Bulgaria. Valued very fairly sold very fast even tho I’m a British citizen living in Thailand the sale and associated notary paperwork was completed. With help from Ivan he even takes care of all the small details airport pick ups,British embassy problems,solicitors both ends 🙏🏻 would not hesitate to recommend definitely 5 stars
