I was here like 6 years ago and back then it was wonderful. They taught well also using many of them singing videos of English words The break room had a very good bathroom and a machine for water The teachers were kind too tho now it should be different it was good back then
Виж в GoogleI strongly do not recommend, even at the consultation I told them that I need an IELTS exam for a job abroad, they even asked me which exact exam I need. In the end, it turned out that I am in a different class that doesn't work for me. They told me that there is nothing to be done because they don't have other classes that would work for me. Because of them, I lost several months, and I could have enrolled somewhere else, now I can't do that because everywhere has already started.

After filing a complaint about it, I got a ridiculously empty of actual content email response, nothing that would actually compensate the experience in any way. I called the office in Sofia to ask whether it would be possible to retake the component/exam for instance and the woman that I spoke to was impolite to say the least. Terrible experience, I should've just signed up for Duolingo, if I could give British Council minus 5 stars, I would!
Виж в GoogleDid you learn something? Everything is good? They don’t care about it and everything just about money. Their level test doesn’t work because they make zoom meeting and if you don’t understand or can’t hear them they says low level and questions doesn’t enough. It’s just funny. Because actually they have good teachers. What a pity. (Even though it was late, they tried to solve the problem)
