Very centrally located supermarket in Kapana district. Lots of choice in veg, sausages and other groceries. The cashier could have done with a bit of extra customer service training but she might have just been at the middle of a long shift?!. ... Hmmmm...!!

Well located but little variety of food, not specially economic and the workers have been rude to me every time I have been here. I guess it is not a wonderful place for them (and I understand is a tiring job), but just being a bit kind or polite could also improve their mood during their daily routine, as well as improving the customer experience.

Love it, easily accessible and contains the essentials. There is a bigger store a bit further out of town that has more stuff if desired.

Such a shame to be in the heart of a touristy city and show this behaviour. Old cashier made it such a big deal that I couldn't speak Bulgarian (a tourist that can't speak a language from a country he's not from!!! Shocker 😲). If Bulgaria wants the tourism then they need to accept that tourists can't speak Bulgarian and fix their behaviour 😉 Love from Greece.

It is a smaller Billa. In the past 2 years or so there are better products such as turkey meat, better produce (potatoes, paprika, some pears, etc.) and a decent place for a quick trip. However, most of the time it is not worth the price, since they have been raising the prices too much. Some discounts are OK, but otherwise better to go to the open-air market and specialty stores (for dairy for example). Staff is helpful mostly for Bulgaria.
