Apparently this group has no respect for the bulgarian customer because their shops are absolutely disgusting places. I will place this comment for the Lovech shop in particular, however in general lines all aspects are met by all Billa shops in this country. There is disgusting smell once entering and it goes hand in hand with the quality of the products they offer. If you can tolerate the smell and continue inside, you will discover that an "offer" is an exaggerate term since there is just basic stuff with highly suspicious quality and inexistent hygiene standards, let alone friendly staff. (consider yourself lucky if the cashier doesn't throw your items;)) But the tip of the iceberg of what I mean fooling the customers are the so called "promotions." If you happen to check your bill you'll discover quite often (if not always) the prices do not match. (Of course, never in favor of the customer) "the period of the promotion has expired and we forgot to remove the the tag" "Really?!?, But there have been 10 days since the expiration date..." or "this item hasn't been registered in our database, we cannot sell it??!" Or there is the so called 25% discount group which you'll find the total discount of all items with such promotion separated on your bill. In this case, if you have taken more than one item belonging to this promotion, you won't be able to check your bill because it's total mess. Another coincidence?? When the bulgarian customer will stop tolerating to be treated like retarded european and even pay for that??
