Extremely frivolous and rude attitude from the company manager. I had a meeting with them in their office, first they made me wait for 20 minutes in 5 degrees Celsius, and they didn't invite me inside. The manager's behavior and tone were rude even during the phone conversation. Unfortunately, on the spot I realized that it really is like that. I do not recommend!!!

Bulgarian Home Care have managed our apartment for over 15 years. They have remained consistent and utterly reliable throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for Maya, Chris and their team. When we have general maintenance issues they are available to advise and assist at very competitive prices. The cleaning and maintenance is always carried out properly every time. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've been with BHC since pretty much the beginning & I can't recommend them highly enough. Maya, Chris & the team are very professional at what they do, and also very nice people who go above & beyond and are always there when needed. They've looked after us & family & friends whenever they've been on holiday to are apartment in Byala. We've been using them since 2008 and will continue to use them for as long as we have our apartment. There's non better in Bulgaria is my honest opinion.
