I’ve been going to this place for the last 3 years and haven’t been disappointed until today. It’s upsetting to write this as Suzi is amazing and her staff are always reassuring and friendly. I asked for the collage of pictures and got chunky blonde highlights instead. I saw clumps of my hair fall out and had to pay 398lv, on the price list it’s 280lv but they said they had to charge extra because they had used 12 bowls of bleach.. no wonder my hair was falling out. Suzi didn’t do my hair this time but last year I paid 180lv for a hair gloss, I think they might just charge more if you aren’t a local. Won’t be getting it done here again and will now need to pay extra to get it fixed. I left the salon happy as it looked like the color I wanted (even though it looked nothing like the pictures) and I didn’t notice the chunky highlights on my roots until today. I was also told I needed the bleach to develop for an hour even though the first section at the bottom of my head had been developing for an hour already. I had to tell them my scalp was getting hot. All the other staff members are great, I just got unlucky :(

I had a great professional haircut by a lovely man who also spoke English, good price and the salon always had customers, recommend! The staff all seem very nice

Amazing job done on wife's roots at great price.She returned next day to get her nails done.Once again great price and marvelous job. As the saying goes ....happy wife happy life !

Customer service was impeccable! 10/10 Haircut I got wasn't the best but wasn't the worst. 7/10 I even got a haircut on the spot, no reservation needed! Overall vibe and score is 9/10. Would visit again!
