Drove my X6 here for rack and air suspension cushion replacement. Also had a faulty 12v socket and brake fluid replacement due. The guys did everything for half the price of what M Car was asking (the official BMW dealer in Bulgaria) and I couldn't be happier with their service. I had constant contact with the chief mechanic and all expenses were aligned with me prior to the repairs commencing. Definitely an auto service I'd recommend.

Short form: Criminal, incompetent, ignorant & overpriced! One star is already too much!!! Long form: I had various things to do on my E350 (W212) along with renewing the operating fluids. Wheel alignment: Airmatic has 3 modes, which all affects the axle geometry. However, only one time was measured! And although the front and rear axles were calculated separately, they didn't even manage to bring the track to even values. With camber and caster I could understand the difficulties, but the range of the tie rods is high enough! Result: The steering wheel is half a tooth to the left! Unnecessary damage: 108,33BGN (net)!!! The (hypoid) differential appears to have received normal gear oil! The transmission flush on the automatic transmission seems not has taken place. There are useless but expensive positions like supplies & „automatic monitoring“(?) on the bill. But a laborious & time consuming gear washing with an expensive tool is not calculated??? Highly unlikely... Maybe even the fine filter wasn’t changed although calculation! But ATF for the automatic transmission was charged twice: once for 205.83BGN and again for 333.33BGN! And there is no new ATF in the power steering... The air conditioning dryer was not changed due to a stucked screw(?!), although everything including the cooler should have been empty at this time! So, miminal effort to remove the cooler to do the job! Tapered roller wheel bearing in front had to be readjusted, after I refused a blanket exchange. Workload: 1-2 minutes. Price: 41.67BGN (net)?!? How many millions of BGN does the exchange then cost??? The sunroof, the cover of the center console (explicitly pointed out), hood and tailgate hinges and apparently also the lock cylinders were completely ignored during the paid lubrication service. Wiper replacement was canceled by the customer because the old ones are still good. Were of course renewed anyway! The commissioned setting of the wiper nozzles did not take place!!! License plate reinforcements should be renewed in Uni version. Instead, the advertising lettering was simply whitewashed in black color. Fuel filter was not changed despite being asked to do so. Brake fluid should be DOT 5.1. Instead, DOT4 was used. (Minor problem) As an alternative to resetting the service display, a computer diagnosis was carried out without an order for 41,67 BGN net. However, the customer must not know the result, even if he asks for it! Apparently the car stalled a day later. A "repair" of the Airmatic was supposedly due. Costs around 500BGN without a specific diagnosis! The „repair“ then only resulted in a calibration using a "calibration pad", which strangely enough does not appear in the parts list! Probably because it doesn't exists?! Last time i fixed an air suspension, i used a simple ruler and a spirit level... A „vehicle view“ for 33,33BGN (net) has allegedly taken place. Sadly, the knocked out joint on the front axis wasn’t noticed! But just don't say anything to the customer - otherwise the expensive wheel alignment is fully useless!!! As compensation for all the incompetence in connection with criminal energy, the invoice amount was then 48% above the offered price! An explanation of all these discrepancies was refused twice. Either it was an intentional criminal fraud, or the guy shouldn't even empty the ashtray without supervision due to lack of competence!!! I’ve had underaged trainees who made a better job! I can only warn others!!!

I took the my car, which was broken as a result of an accident, to be fix. Although it was not their job, they directed me to another service and they were very helpful. I thank them very much for everything. It's nice to see that some people are helpful.

Very good service. Did different kinds of work (brake pads, timing belt, cooling and brake fluids change) All good and according to schedule. Very helpful personnel

I managed to get my car to them, it was broken down, they were very good and diagnosed the problem straight away although they were busy, and got me a taxi, and rang me later, they did the repair the same day.
