Booked the appointment online, no pre-payment needed. Bare in mind that it’s not cool to book and cancel because the beauticians rely on the appointments and most likely work for themselves apart from paying rent to the salon. So, please, when booking and needing to cancel - do it in a timely manner. Anyway, the place is super easy to get to, literally opposite Park centre mall or the old City Center Sofia. Clean, tidy, awesome atmosphere, SUPER friendly staff. I booked a random appointment for nail extensions with gel. My beautician was Maria! Super kind, very professional, work was completely pain free, did my nails exactly how I asked her to. Would definitely go again, 10/10

Pretty rude and condescending. The girl cut the cuticles way over aggressively, kept pushing them afterwards until she made a cut on my skin. I didn’t appreciate the eye rolls when you don’t magically know which way she wants your hand to be either.

I made a manicure appointment online, discovering that I was obligated to install Viber, that gateway to hell of spam. Then, for the 3-4 days before my Saturday appointment, I received incessant reminders about being on time or rescheduling. OK. When I showed up a few minutes before the appointed time, under the impression punctuality was important, the place was nearly empty, and lone manicurist just started with a client who was waiting there before me. Two other young ladies in black uniforms lolled around on couches playing on their phones. I asked the manager whether my appointment is still on schedule, and she responded, quite huffily, that when "the master" is done with the client, she will attend to me. So, the answer about my appointment being on time on their end was no. With that, I left. I have no knowledge of the quality of their work, but based on the quality of their punctuality and customer service, I do not recommend them.

I booked a visit for my daughter without any reccommendation in advance. The staff was very polite and all the girls were young and nice. The lady who handled my daughter's procedure was very nice and professional. My daughter is really happy with the outcome and the way she was treated! Thank you! We will definitely visit you again!

Ever since I started having my nails done by Misheto, I have got nothing but compliments about my manicure. She’s amazingly skilled and works very fast. Also, she’s the best “хищна хиена”! 💕
