I highly recommend Evelyn. Amazing service, she instantly found us apartment for a great price, with all the amenities we needed and a great landlord. She was very helpful throughout the whole process, explaining every step and every document and answering all of our questions. Great communication with the broker, she is truly a lovely person. Very disappointing experience — not recommended. We had a bad experience with АЯКС Real Estate.We spent three days viewing different apartments with their broker. During this process, we found one apartment we really liked. After viewing the remaining options, we decided we wanted to proceed with that specific apartment and scheduled an appointment to sign the contract. However, instead of taking us to sign the agreement, the broker took us to view additional apartments that we were not interested in. When we asked to go back to the apartment we had chosen, we were told it was already too late and that the owners could not meet us that day, so we agreed to meet the next morning at 8:00 AM. That meeting never happened. At around 9:00 AM, the broker informed us that the owners had changed their mind and no longer agreed to the deal, meaning we supposedly could not rent the apartment. Later that same day, we contacted another real estate agency. They arranged a viewing of the exact same apartment within hours, and we signed the contract without any issues. The owners also told us something very concerning: АЯКС Real Estate had informed them that we stopped replying, did not show up for the appointment, and even shared false personal information about us that was completely untrue. As a result, we wasted a lot of time and effort due to misinformation and poor handling from АЯКС Real Estate — all for no valid reason. Overall, this was an unprofessional and misleading experience. Not recommended.

I'm very happy with the service provided by agency and Dario. He found apartment for me within my budget and all check boxes and very fast. Very good service. Highly recommend.

Very wonderful service. I came from Varna to Sofia really hoping to find a place to call home in one day. I knew my chances were so little but I gave it a shot. My agent Daniel was amazing. He was patient and put all effort into it. I got my place that same day. Thank you so much Daniel for your impeccable service. I highly recommend this company.
